concatPath -- concatenation of paths

Description

This allows for concatenation of paths. The concatenation is formal, no parametrization is chosen.

i1 : R = QQ[t];
 
i2 : X = polyPath({t,t^2}) ** polyPath({t^3 + 3*t, t^2 - 1})

o2 = Path in 2-dimensional space with 2 polynomial segments:

           2     3        2
     {{t, t }, {t  + 3t, t }}
